The Plaza Midtown Condominiums are coming to 33 Holly Street and 44 Dunfield Avenue. This new project is being developed by Plazacorp Residential Communitiesand the architect is Quadrangle Architects Ltd. This new development will be built in 2 phases. The first phase will include a 24 storey building and the second phase will be a 32 storey building. This new development is proposed to contain a underground parking lot with parking space for 600 vehicles and parking space for 538 bicycles. 508 vehicle parking spaces will be for residents, 85 for visitors. And 7 shared spaces.

On the 13th floor is where the proposed indoor and outdoor amenity space will be located. The indoor amenity space is approximately 11,581 square feet, and outdoor amenity space is approximately 17,093 square feet. On the main level there is a large outdoor courtyard that is between the 2 buildings. The courtyard will have access to both Dunfield Ave and Holly St. The courtyard is proposed to have barbeques for residents as well as seating areas and the property will be re-landscaped.
